All SimCity 13 mods I've come across work on Mac. They live inside the SimCity.app folder. Right click on the app and go 'Show Package Contents', and then copy your mods into /Content/Resources/SimCityData/. Some only work Offline and will cause rollbacks in your cities if you use them online.I've only really used NAM with SC4, but its worked with one exception.
